how did you go, i wanted to know how easy it is to to pop the mold out after its made.
i was thinking of using some kind of expandable foam, but i think it would stick inside the body kinda...

i've killed two as well, i'm running a 3.5 so one was done up as tight as it would go and it snapped the centre out, the second one the diff was too loose and it melted the centre, the bearing inside...

Losi make aluminium ones for the mf2. and they are shorter than the xxxt rtr ones.
Pretty sure its just the genII gearbox that is wider as i got some of the new lightweight outdrives and they wont...
