RE: 9ZAP acting up

the aileron low and high rates also still work when it's to the right with up and down elevator, would dirty pots still let the high and low rates work?

9ZAP acting up

I've got a Futaba 9 Zap, one of the older styles, not the wc or any of that, but I was just replacing some servo arms on my 33% cap 232 and noticed that whenever I give it any up elevator at all, it...

servos

Yes the servos work but they have no holding power and that's not a good thing when one elevator is moving and the other one isn't when you're trying to come out of a vertical downline and all you're...

servos

I'd have to give hitec servos a thumbs down. Today, I almost crashed my 4,000 33% cap 232 (for the 3rd time and all because of the servos) because the elevator servos (two hitec hs-5925mg servos)...

I've got 8 hitec HS-5925MG servos in my hanger 9 cap 232. I saw the thing on hitec's website about the recall, sent all the servos in for the 2nd time (first all the heads were stripping) and got...

hanger 9 33% cap, elevator servo placement

I was wondering if anyone has tried moving the elevator servos into the horizontal stab instead of on the side of the fuse so you didn't have to take apart the linkage to get the elevator off. Since...

33% H9 Cap 232 - problem with the elevator hinges

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this but the 2 inside hinges (the 2 closest to the rudder) don't go in all the way if you use the robart hinges it says to use. They hit the back wing tube...

I have a cap 232 and put the zenoah gt-80 in it and at this altitude (5450 ft above sea level) it doesn't have enough power really. On a cooler day it could kind of torque roll at full throttle but...
