I'm sold...it has the right shape, the right look and the size is impressive. Wood or Glass can be argued from both sides until the end of time. Each has its benefits and each can be made strong imo....

The plane has a 39" wing. I do agree its a lot of power...that is kind of the point :). Size wise the engine fits the cowl and air frame size beautifully.

I am excited to give it a try.

I agree about the combat legality thing but I do want the option of extra fuel. I want to sport fly it and 5 min is not enough. I was thinking of installing a second 4-6oz tank above the wing...

Good to know, I will do that. If I have to make a stronger Stab I guess I'll make one with a thin airfoil while I'm at it.

Also, I am not getting a Q40 engine or even a 428 class Q500 engine...

I just got off the phone with Hobby-Zone (the link I had posted).

They confirmed that Cermark is no longer producing the F-16. What a disappointment...oh well...back to square one.

I used Robart Large Hinge points on the elevator, ailerons and rudders and regular ones on the flaps because they are thinner.
