i ran my 60LX for the first time today. Had to use a high torque starter on it! Amazing compression! Anyways, It ran great at both low and high end, but was off in the mid-range....

Best way to test the tank is to pump it as dry as you can. Then take it out with the lines attached and close off the fuel hose. Then blow into the exhuast hose, you should get pressure rather...

Elevator servo let go, the result as follows.... (picture taken before anything was touched)

Also managed to cleave a branch 2 1/2in. thick right in half. Very impressive.

Yeah, I put a .91FX that I had layin around in mine, its not really that "fast" Not over 100 for sure! More like 85 perhaps...at best...in a power dive! lol. Anyways, it has ALOT better vertical now!...

Welp, I sold my big sundowner yesterday due to the fact the small one is so much more fun. I used some of the money to buy a nice Jett 60LX. Now we will see if those 130+ mph number are spot.

How do you keep the air from getting into the tank without a check valve though? I guess if you fuel it right there isn't any real room left in the tank for air anyways?
