Ok cool i just didnt want to setup my boat for surface and then find out that it actually sits too high out of the water and i would have to redo my entire setup or it caught too much air.

Got it fixed ! I pulled out the pin with much effort sanded off a burr , regreased it and it now works smooth and easy.
