Im doing that, my CNC mill is a Syil, and Artcam and Mach3, first it is necesary to draw in Autocad or similar.

In Autocad, for example, you can take one rib, generates by Compufoil or similar and import like *dxf, and use scale con reference, or in the Compufoil change de chord by one by one.

There are some programs like Compufoil that have many airfoils and you can save in dxf format and then you can open it in a cad program.

I,m send a pair of drawings, it is a Kadet Senior that I am CNC cutting, it have flaps too, the hinges are in upper line. Inside have a reinforcement.
