I would avoid crosswinds with this model, its very easy to flip over on its back. You may want to shorten the external tank pylons about a 1/2 inch, the tanks will get pretty scraped up. Good luck...

Did you apply 3 or 4 coats of mask, a single coat is almost impossilble to get off because its too thin. Try adding a few more coats of mask and it will come right off.

I solved the problem by having the tx repaired, the rx was fine. It was the old style 6014, which still works just fine.

Make sure your reciever is not in high speed...

Make sure your reciever is not in high speed mode, which is for digital servos. It will destroy an analog servo in that mode.

A couple of updates on Pensacola Jets:

We will not have the field until 5:30 PM on Thursday, so the gates will not be open until then.

To get to NOLF Holley field from I-10, take Hwy 87...

Tents will be put up as soon as we get the field on Thursday at 5:30 pm. I am working with the USN to get the field at bit earlier that day but that depends on the flight schedule.
