You never told us what the vehicle itself was. I run 19/86 on 2S lipo in my Stampede VXL. It may be different for you depending on what vehicle you're talking about.

Yes, absolutely normal. My Velineon does it even while running a 3 cell lipo. You'll get used to it and before long, you won't even notice.
