Or you can just use a short extension, leave it connected to the rx and plug your Y into it. Could save ya some time, plus wear and tear on the rx's pins.

If your radio is turned on while connected to the charger, the charger light will not glow. If your radios off, and the light still won't glow red, stick a fork into the socket to see if it's a live...
