Land on the mains and keep the nose in the air as long as possible, once you bounce a Rookie its very hard to recover. Use the canard as a speed brake also helps.

Space is a problem, next time I fly it I will see what the temp peaks at. From memory on the 1st flight we saw 160c, dont need to run it hard as there is plenty of power for the P51

Hi Guys, anyone know what cylinder temp I can expect on the Kolm 135? I have been getting over 150c (300f) on the rear cylinder and I am concerned that might be too hot.

Merlin 160, nothing obvious, no air in the fuel lines, ecu battery ok, fault said 'speed low'. The engine ran fine in the previous plane, I'll look at it during the week but I feel it wont fault...

Db, you will find the 140 a good match for the 'C'. Dont skimp on the servos for the flaps & stabs, minimum 15kg. Thin 4kg for the ailerons will be fine

student tx must be in 7ch mode, so yes, up to 7. eg. if you are using 2 outputs for aileron and 2 for elevators you are reduced to 5 controls. Does that help?
