The stock OS 18 is close to the stock 3.3. I would give the 18 a slight edge to the 18. But the modded 18tm is by far a more powerful motor.

I really like the buggy pulling! i really didnt want to pull dirt all the time for the fact that it is dirt. We do enought mudding, mudracing and building of trucks to not mind having a clean hobby...

do you have a link for it....i belive that traxxas makes a kit to convert the pro 15 (rotary) to the TRX 2.5 or 3.3 in the rustler....maybe that would help you out some i belive the kit is 25 bucks

My MGT has the new track record....59lbs Full Pull. I think i can get up to about 65 current configuration. The Revo 3.3 class has improved to 45lbs full pull and the revo 2.5r's were pulling 32lbs...
