Make sure your glowplug is glowing. Take it out and crank it a few times 2 clear out any fuel that may be in the combustion chamber. Make sure you turn the truck over If you glowplug is working fine...

Yes it could deffinetly be the new head you put on. even tho it says made for the jato....Being that it is not the actual company that makes the head for the jato they could have the measurments off...

yeah I dont know much about schumacher  RC's but I have heard great things about them and all the vids I have seen on youtube look  really nice and good quality and super fast.
