Hmmm...if the head spins without the shaft spinning, it would seem that the retaining pin is not holding it, and therefore should slide off. Assuming you've taking all the links apart of the swash,...

Looks like one thing is the step washer for the lower bearing (bearing sits inside body for outer shaft).

Doesn't make sense....the inner shaft retaining colar with 2 screws is at the bottom of the heli frame.....the outer shaft retaining colar at the top of the frame (blue dotted one in your picture)...
