I think that prop will be a little to much for the TZ .18, the Octura Y537\3 would probably work better, It 37mm dia and 1.5 pitch 3 blade.

Just a blown gasket shouldn't Stop it from getting pressure but it will prevent it from reaching Full Pressure at Wide Open...

You can seal the exhaust flange with a lite film of RTV Silicone, just let it dry overnight, it will last longer than the paper gaskets do. I use silicone on the threads of the screws also to work...
