RE: best BNF or ARF fly-barless for intermediate

I like the Blade mCPX. It is a great beginner to intermediate heli. If you would have asked me a year ago or so I would have told you to stay away from the micro helis but they have really come a...

RE: Copter X 450 Black Angel

I went ahead and final bought a BA and I am having an issue getting binding in the head figured out. The ball link that attaches to the wash out control arm is hitting the washout base prongs when I...

RE: Copter X 450 Black Angel

It's good that they are taking their time before releasing it. The BA 450 seems to have been released with no bugs to work out, unlike other heli's that seem to have been rushed to production, so...

RE: Copter X 450 Black Angel

I think the price will either make it or break it for me. The BA450 runs $265 U.S. so I would think a 500 class would be well above $300. Time will tell though.

As luck would have it I am...

RE: Copter X 450 Black Angel

I heard from an Ehirobo rep last week that CopterX is working on a Black Angel 500. It is still in the development stage so it will be a while before it is released.

RE: looking for a good 250 Clone

There's nothing wrong with clones. The Bullet 250's have been getting pretty good reviews.

RE: About CopterX Products

Any time I want something that's kind of spendy I put a little bit of money in the bank each month for it. I figure in another 1 1/2 years I'll have enough for a great 600 set up.

RE: About CopterX Products

Thanks for the info, like I said I've heard the Black Angel is a very nice helicopter...I really do want a larger heli but can't afford one. I am saving for a 600 sized and will get one in about a...

RE: About CopterX Products

Hey emrecozel,

I'm thinking of getting a Black Angel for Christmas. I've flown the heck out of my CX 450SE. I use 3s1p 2300 mAh A123 batteries in it. I'm at the point where I want to start...

RE: Realflight g3

If you go in to the "View" menu and click on "Gadgets" choose Binocular and that will give you the little window that 69rrvert is talking about.

Also in the View menu item go in to "Zoom Type"...

RE: WHATS AFTER HOVERING?

That is very important. Plus get used to flying up higher than head height. I was just able to start comfortable figure 8's this year, it was really hard for me to get comfortable with flying farther...

RE: First CCPM Heli

I haven't heard much about the two heli's but can vouch for Hobby King. I've been buying stuff from them for over a year now, I had one very minor issue with them but it wasn't really that big of...

RE: Copter X 450 Black Angel

I've been reading a lot of good things about the BA. If I didn't already have a CopterX 450 I would definitely invest in one, but I want to save my money for a 600 sized heli.

RC Heli did a...

RE: Help please...Thinking about cancelling Blade400 order for Trex clone

I don't have a B400 but do have a CopterX 450AE. A friend I fly with does have a B400 and we are about the same skill levels. (figure 8's, circles, hover in all orientations). My friend has had three...

RE: Anybody running A123's in a 450 size heli?

I have been running 3s A123 batteries in my CopterX 450 for well over a year now. I don't proclaim myself to be a good pilot but I can run fast circuits, figure 8's, circles and will probably be...

Here is a great site to help you with your balance connector confusion. I use this site a lot and is very useful.

RE: Is my TP610C going bad?

Update to the charger situation.

I zip charged two of my battery packs and when they were finished charging all cells were with in .007v of each other on both packs. So I'm leaning a little more...

Is my TP610C going bad?

I normally charge my 3s 2300mAh A123 packs (two of them) at 8 amps and have not had a problem until recently. Then it slowly started to charge cell #1 on both packs faster than the rest. I thought...

Toss 'em or keep 'em?

Last July I lost a Hypersonic 3s 2300mAh pack. I looked for hours and never found it until today. I found it doing yard work under a bush outside my front door to my house. So it has suffered about 7...

RE: Where to get ready-to-use (3S) A123 packages?

You will really like the A123's. I have two packs for my CopterX 450. The plus side is sub 10 minute charge times, very durable, and you can run them until they won't spin the motor any more with out...

There is this one:

They are a little more expensive though.

I was looking at the...

RE: A123 4600 6.6v

You don't need to cut the packs open. Mine are the Hypersonics too and I didn't cut the packs open at all. You won't be able to zip charge with your charger. Do a search for zip charging, you will...
