RE: JR Announces 2.4Ghz 12 channel & 9 channel radio

Anyone know if the 9303 2.4GHz is a normal 9303 with the recently release 9ch module or is the DSM integrated like on the DX7?

RE: Flight Report!!!

My Extra was a superb flying plane. It was not a 3D plane and it was not a Pattern plane but it could do a lot of both. If I were to build mine again I would use a new Saito 125 or a YS110FZ. I...

RE: New CA models Epsilon build (easy as pie)

Model Airplane News just did a review on the Epsilon ARC. They said it flew nice but they totally butchered the covering and finishing of the model. Thay made a truly beautiful plane look awful. ...

RE: New CA models Epsilon build (easy as pie)

The 91 is too heavy and not enough power. The Surpass 120 is WAY too heavy but has the right amount of power. An OS 91FX is a better choice.

RE: Moisture in glow fuel?

When the engine is running the water will remain in its vapor state. The oil in your fuel will protect the internals just fine. If you run your engine dry at the end of the day it you are all set.

RE: Moisture in glow fuel?

I R/C Report's motor guy did some tests a few months ago to dispel the myth of how badly moisture effects fuel. He took fresh fuel and added an ounce at a time to a gallon of fuel until the test...

RE: Best 90 size pattern plane

The CA Model Epsilon 90 is available as a kit for $199.99 or as an ARC(not sure on $$ for ARC. Do a search for the Epsilon here. The plane is top notch!

RE: 200+ speed demons

Most of the jet guys don't fly anywhere near 200mph. They dont want their $10K planes getting away from them at a quarter mile per second.

RE: Modified Diamond Dustlike Speed Plane

The wing area is 561 sq/in similart to an unclipped Diamond Dust so the wing loading is very low. A Dust is a 2.2lb plane AUW. With any sport 46 engine a dust will fly out of your hand... no push...

RE: Modified Diamond Dustlike Speed Plane

Here is a my wing plan. The front spar will tie into the LE just like on a Dust. For some reason the right tip got cut when I Jpeg'd the drawing. The plan is correct with symetrical wing halves.
