Well, as of at least yesterday, the 15th anniversary car is now considered discontinued on the Tamiya USA site.... that didnt take long....

depending upon the thickness of the metal grips, properly milling away to allow thicker blades should be possible. if there is enough metal left AND no stresses or inclusions formed by milling away...
