RE: NEW DLE30!

I believe I used 10/32 Phillips Panhead screws with loctite into blindnuts and they're holding fine

I have a decent screwdriver that tightened them well

RE: Prop bolts sheared off....

I agree with T.O.M but in practice,, what I do with wood props is, use flat washers on bolts but no cut washers, more thread bite, ;) tighten the prop bolts equally in a pattern with blue loctite...

I shouldn't have too

Mix my oil @ 100/1

Tighten my prop bolts with a torq wrench

Fly a $6,000 plane to have fun

Use $1,000 battery power system:D

Have mount tabs break-off in name of "saving weight"

RE: SYSSA 30CC GAS MADE IN USA

I guess I like comfortable margins so I run my oil leanest at 3oz per gallon... That's not much oil imo and it comes out to 42.6/1<<almost 50/1 lol

I use Belray H1R @ 42.6/1 after break-in and...

RE: SYSSA 30CC GAS MADE IN USA

I paid ~$1200 for my 3w 100 13 years ago and $1500 for my 3w 150 11 years ago and $319 for my DLE 30 1 year ago

My DLE 30cc does everything my other 2 gassers do and any "problems" barely worth...

RE: NEW DLE30!
