Shorter thermocouple lead?

Is it possible to shorten the AMT thermocouple lead without any adverse running / temp calibration effects?

I could ideally do with the lead being aprx 8 inches in length. As supplied it must be...

Ok now i seem to have a different set of problems LOL. All cables connected correctly.
power everything up (all batteries have a good charge).....green light on ECU flickers and red light on data...

Hi Craig. Not sure if your 9C is similar to my 7 channel system, But have you tried going into the trim menu and cranking the channel 3 value up as high as it will go. (40 on the 7C)

Not possible here mate, the only extra space i have is directly above the two tanks already in the model. If the 'catch tank' didnt totally overflow during flight anyway i thought you may be able to...

Ok thanks both of you for your input. Space, as you have said Matt would be my main issue here. Ive probably got room for another 500-600ml tank at most.

At present yeah, i do have my vent lines fixed to the bottom of the fuse and you are quite right that it would be nearly impossible to stop any spillage il admit...
