RE: Mini Inferno ST all Quarkalized & Alignified

I had a little e-mail exchange with an ebay merchant called hopmeup which is where I ordered my Quark from. I was basically saying that it is too bad that they didn''t stock Kyosho parts. He told...

RE: Mini Inferno ST all Quarkalized & Alignified

Yes it does! I''ve been running it up and down the chip-n-seal street in front of my house, around the yard through a lot of rough grass, and making a small jumps (only about 2 feet high) and...

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression

Hey KRO, while I'm thinking of it, did you by chance try boiling the ball cups on the steering turnbuckles and the servo link to tighten them up around the balls? I was thinking that might take some...

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression

I thought that I might go the route of the Delrin KMI ST arms from TheToys after I discovered the CVD's were all gone, and low-and-behold . . . the plastic was out of stock as well. Shiooooot! ...

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression

Thanks for the heads-up about the stock status at Amain ericke1. I really only needed the front lower a-arm, so I just orded that (and some spares) along with a few other "stock-up" suspension and...

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression

quote:

ORIGINAL: ericke1

The NOW CVDs are in stock at Amain, just buy those

They won't work with the KMI arms.

That's what I figured, and why I was thinking about using the...

RE: Trinity Now 1st Impression

God, this is killin' me! I wanted to follow KRO's suggestion for the Kyosho parts from The Toyz, but the MIP CVD's are gone. Do you think that I can use the Kyosho aluminum upgrades (front a-arms,...

RE: Why Me . . . God . . . Why Me?

By-the-way guys, I am not raising one ***** about this truck. I am impressed with the way it bounced off of that cast iron obstacle, and basically turned around (in a round-about way and pretty much...

RE: Why Me . . . God . . . Why Me?

Coopz, I think that the return springs are already there in stock form, but whatever kicked up under the tires flipped the receiver switch off which stranded the throttle servo wide open. I wish...

RE: Why Me . . . God . . . Why Me?

I had the body off of it, and was running on oil-and-chip (kinda like asphalt, just isn't packed as tight), I just didn't have enough steering expo dialed in to make the 180 without getting into the...

RE: Why Me . . . God . . . Why Me?

RE: Trinity Now steering slop!

It's both front wheels on mine that wobble. I think that part of the problem is that the tires are not glued straight on the rims. I rotated the wheels because the fronts were worse than the rear...
