I had the same problem with an OS 90, and the problem was overheating of the engine due to bad ventilation. Once I repaired that, the engine is running without the glow plug getting loose

Hi Jim, yes, basically I have the air bleeding hole completely open, and I counted again and it was 8 and a half turns.
With this, I have good idle and good acceleration to full speed.
