actually, i don't have it yet. :D i'm going to get it soon, when i have to cash. it's the 5.2R that i'm getting. and do you seriously have ELEVEN tnx's? [sm=omg_smile.gif] you must be joking!

TNX speed question

Is it possible to get a stock tnx past 35 mph? and how can i get it to do the usual 45 mph of monster trucks? (that includes ending its stockness)

some people have been complaining about the 8.0 engine, saying that it's hard to tune and runs poorly. is this true? or did they have dud engines? should i think about a 4.60se insteadof the 8.0?

well, that said, i'm gonna get it from my lhs, and save the shipping and the suffering. ;) but then there's tax, which i determined to be about $30. oh well! :)

so you're saying that i should just get it from my lhs? come to think of it, i'd rather spend $520 and no shipping than to wait in agony for a week for it to come from (most likely) california. ;)

well i'll be bashing it, and i've been looking at the mgt 8.0, and it looks pretty good. and as for it REALLY sucking to wait for internet orders, i already do for my cen mg16. ;)

ok. at killerhobbies they have it for $500, but my LHS (hobbytown usa) has it for $520.
and i'll make sure i tighten everything up before i run it.

where's the cheapest place i can get an MGT 8.0 right now? (in usa)
and when i get it, are there any parts that need to be replaced immediately or almost immediately? i heard that the steering...

my LHS (hobbytown usa) lists 77 different parts for the mgt 8.0. :)
i'm gonna go for the mgt 8.0

well i was also considering a tnx 5.2r. should i get that instead? the only thing i heard that's not good about it is that the clutch has problems (did they fix that yet?) and that it's not good to...
