I don't honestly think it would have ever stopped just from this damange. he was running it HARD too, back flips and huge 15 foot air jumps off the new ramp. I wouldn't doubt if some of the damage...

I"ve never tried anything but Byron's Race Gen2 20%. I like it a lot, no problems. As I said I've never used Blue Thunder, but I've read lots and lots of negative stuff about it. To much oil in it...

Dude its like a $4 part, and if you get metal and mess it up its like a $40 part. Get a new spur and do some searching now to set your mesh. Once you get it you'll be fine.

Get RPM arms and you won't have to worry about breaking them any more. Spur gear life is more about proper mesh then anything else.
