I can only start the engine with a big starter, runs great after that, so I think I have the needles set correctly. I want to be able to start the engine by flipping the prop. Any suggestions?

I checked the fuel system starting at the tank, did not find any problems; I replaced everything but the tank. I checked the external pulse line, the line was good (no leaks), the bakelite section...
