You need to take everything above the swashplate off and disconnect the motor and slide the tool on the shaft then adjust the links to make the swashplate touch on all planes.

I did the copter-X head upgrade and the flybar on the copter-x head is from thicker stock than the ESKY one and there about the same length the only drilling I had to do was on the metal collar on...
