You need to take everything above the swashplate off and disconnect the motor and slide the tool on the shaft then adjust the links to make the swashplate touch on all planes.

Here are some pictures of my upgrade COPTER-X tail 24.99 on the HBK2. I also did the COPTER-X head upgrade it is a new heli now extremly stable and smooth.
