RE: Jet Cat P120 SX's arrive!

Had a quiet day today, so with the sun out (for the last time i'm told!) I test ran my SX strapped to my workmate. The new ECU is easy to set up and prime, even the first start was good, it takes...

RE: Jet Cat P120 SX's arrive!

I wondered about the possibility of problems, but this is step forward and not a way of making more money. My intended aeroplanes all had a problem mounting the turbine with an external heater....

RE: Jet Cat P120 SX's arrive!

How it comes, complete as always!
Just had a chance to flick through the latest JetPower which has a Harpoon II review-that looks like the one to get.

RE: Jet Cat P120 SX's arrive!

I got my P120sx today from Motors and Rotors, either for a Rookie or Harpoon vector equipped sports model as a winter hack for our grass flying site. The internal Kero will allow easier installation...

RE: JetCat P160 SX available Gas start?

Ali

Like Dave says it's in the jet mag.

I am a little surprised you know so little about a product you are flying and selling!
Let us all know when they are available, it looks like...

JetCat P160 SX available Gas start?

I'm confused, is the P160SX available gas start? Al's Hobbies are advertising both types yet I though it only came as a kero internal start. Can you swop it?

RE: Lengthening Spektrum Satellite Rx Leads in Jets

Gordon

At Blackbushe today I looked at Dave Wiltshires Spark EDF (most impressive model there for me) and he has a single AR 7000 with one remote and both are in the canopy area next to the...

RE: ECU battery charging

I'm sure I was told that certain chargers were OK with this. Not sure about the later ECU's but earlier ECU's using Ni cells will take a "trickel" type charge without causing a problem.

At the...

RE: Elan Has Arrived!

David

A mate of mine was going to use old Flash gear in his Elan, but he's just ordered the Dreamworks custom set from motors and rotors as they drop in without cutting.
I'll probably have his...

RE: what kinda Jet for a G80+

I've seen a BVM Bobcat with one and I know someone building an Bandit ARF with one.

There are dozens of aeroplanes for this class of turbine. Kit or ARF?

RE: Graupner Hawk-wow!

Is the waiting list for Skygate Hawks (bigger version of the same model) or BVM Ultra Bandit not a sign of the market. They might be over priced, as the larger size cannot be covered in...
