The clutch is slipping because the engine can't reach the RPM needed to turn 10" tires. You need to double the gearing for the clutch to stop slipping and accelerate faster.[8D]

The stock filter if fine. Probably your carb settings are off. If you still want a filter then K&n is the best.[8D]

9:1 is good for a Zenoah with 2-3 hp and 8" tire but not with 1 hp and extra weight and 10" tires has to be much lower.[8D]15:1 to start then move up a little.[8D]

When using a New engine with a pull start loosen the glow plug and then start it. It will be much easier untill the engine is broke in.:D

Less HP and more weight +big tires= lower gearing. Your almost their. A little lower gearing and you"ll be right on . If you had a 2 hp motor you would be their.[8D]

I have brought alot of fould plugs back. They may not look fould but they are. Fould plugs are a result of too much oil not burning. Changing the oil ratio fixes the problem. Not leaning out the...

You can use DUPLICOLOR automotive paint. You will need the adhesion primer to allow the auto paint to stick to the plastic. This is all I use now. Spray in light thin coats.[8D]
