RE: H9-F6F Hellcat 60 ARF

Even though it is nearly inverted, it has run fine for as long as I've had it. I didn't change the tank height, just put it in by the book. I can't remember how much weight I had to add. I had those...

RE: H9-F6F Hellcat 60 ARF

Well I think that you will be happy with the .61 or the .75. This plane flies great with anything. I think the .61 is more than enough when flying scale, though. Engine is mounted as the manual says,...

RedStar

I use an evo .61 in my hellcat. It is light, didn't take much weight to balance it out either. I fly like you do mostly scale and have no need for extra power that will never be used...

I use a hangar 9 fuel dot to do the fueling. I first used a valve system but after one season the valve began to stick and the engine wouldn't run correctly. The guy at my hobby store...

RE: H9-F6F Hellcat 60 ARF

Had my second flight with the Hellcat the other day. Everything went fine and the stock landing gear is holding up great.

RE: H9-F6F Hellcat 60 ARF

I flew my maiden flight this weekend with the hellcat. Everything went well except I landed with too much speed and the plane nosed over in the grass at the end of the runway. I had never flown any...

RE: H9-F6F Hellcat 60 ARF

I just finished my Hellcat today. I painted the heads of the cowl screws to match the colors that they are in. I also painted the screws in the switches black. It helps hide them a lot.

I called Horizon and looked around and they said the Hellcat should be back in stock either the third or fourth week of April. I'm not sure about the landing gear but most sites say the Hellcat comes...

RE: H9-F6F Hellcat 60 ARF

I haven't flown any Hangar 9 Warbirds and I was wondering how hard the Hellcat is to take off. Do you need to use a lot of rudder in either direction once the tailwheel lifts up off the ground? Do...

RE: H9-F6F Hellcat 60 ARF

The radio system I bought came with a 4.8V 700mAh NiCD battery for the receiver. Do you guys think that this is enough power for the receiver, retracts, and all of the other servos? I saw corsair...
