Im testing it, so nothing yet, i believe the price will be around £35 for both main shell and pods.

Gel coat is added to a pre formed mould, then the fiberglass is added, (The Gel coat makes it look black,) to Paint the shell its like painting a 1/1 car, sand down, primer etc then spray and add...

My Mate has just put this together,


its a Desert Rat shell, made of fibreglass,

Its a bit heavier than lexan, but a shed load cheaper than the carbon ones lol

The pods are slighty...

Costic soda crystals are the quickest way to strip the colour off, Just dont do it indoors.

I went through KM and they kept me up to speed all the way, $555 shipped to the uk, Didnt get any customs charge yet.

took 12 days to get here and 5 of those days were in the uk [:@] Gotta love...

Took quite along time to make, i have a friend who makes fiberglass shells, i had to cut two of them then refab them together. the roll bar is purly for show, i dont think it would take too much...
