You can run many different brushless setups.

Most don't require 2 motors, others such as a v-twin system run 2 motors and 2 esc's

I am sure there are a ton of threads on brushless e-maxx's....

A few issues:

1. Why do I keep grinding up spur gears? The first one I attributed to what was a broken engine mount but it happened again first run out with a new one. I was jumping it, maybe...

I know the batteries in both are good. It could be optidrive. My reverse acts fairly odd usually.

So much for testing though. One tank in just now and I broke the right rear toe link.

Yeah, from what I was reading it sounds like the low speed needle. No big deal.

The only other weird thing with this truck is that sometimes after I stop I will pull the throttle and nothing...

I got it running pretty ok. I had to richen the mix a lot. I live at 4500 feet.

I need to tune this engine but I want to start at the factory settings vs. the settings the previous owner had it at. Can anybody help?

I don't need a new one? It is pretty messed up looking. I don't think it is making contact with that pin and I can't get the nut out of the wheel.
