Hi RG, I just had my 8103 in for service this spring. I used the box the radio came in which I then packed in bubble wrap in another box. I also labeled everything to make life easier for the techy....

SST is right, I think my screw ups have definitely taught me some great skills. I also think it has improved my confidence to be able to try more difficult projects!
