RE: P-6E Curtis hawk (build thread)

I just weighed the plane and it is 14 lbs but there is almost a full tank of fuel still. The prop is a 2-blade prop. I do not know what the oil content is for Cool Power 15%, only that it is all...

RE: P-6E Curtis hawk (build thread)

Wile E,

RE: STARTER NOT STRONG ENOUGH!- any suggestions?

My Torquemaster 180 has the banana clips supplied by and installed by the manufacturer. It still makes no sense why the 180 has less power than my Tower Hobbies regular starter. I will check all...

RE: Problems with Hangar 9 Ultra-Paint

I have been in the automotive paint business for many years and I believe the problem is improper mixing. The paint may not have been shaken long enough to mix the solvents properly. Spray paints...

RE: STARTER NOT STRONG ENOUGH!- any suggestions?

I always back the prop up to give it a running start. The torquemaster 180 will not turn over my Evo 100 or Saito 125. I tried my Tower Hobbies Deluxe starter rated for up to 60 size engines and it...

I checked the brushes on my starter and they are worn in fine. There doesnt seem to be any reason why this starter shouldnt turn over my 1.00 with ease. I am...
