I have encountered the same issues , I have ordered a sub-cowl and cowl with pretty much the same response, at least you got the wing tube right? I'll have to build them up myself I guess....

I wound up with the Zenoah - G20ei, this plane needed allot of weight up front. I got a great deal on the engine and jumped on it. Between weather/work I have not gotten any air time on her to date....

Have you looked at the new G-20 Zenoah is offering, it's more comparable to the power range requied and weighs eleven once less too!!
