the thunder tiger carb i tried on mine didn't work as well. all it did is provide more fuel flow but then i had to lean it back to get it to run. i just sold it. the original carb is much crisper...

i ran a 45 tt carb on mine and got worse performance out of it. it wasn't as sharp as the oem carb.

i like the duracell 2650 mah batt's.i use those in my tx. and i use a CHEAP BATTERYS 3300 mah 6v hump pack for my rx. i charge my batt's about every 2 wks.

ran the bigger carb on mine and got a little more torque but couldn't get as much top end so back to the original carb.

i've been running an m445/2 on my boat for awhile so i put a thundertiger 45 carb on it and ran a 445/3.i don't know if i can get more torque out of it or not but i'm going to explore it.

i don't know if it makes a diff in head clearence,but your supposed to keep the aluminum shim in at all times and just remove the brass shims.

first thing your going to need is a 90 degree drill head for your drill,at least that's what i did and then cutoff the top inch to inch and a half of a 1/4 inch drill bit to chuck in the 90 degree...
