Motor won't stop

You haven't mentioned the radio you are using. If it is a Hitec then the ESC should be plugged into channel 3 (the throttle channel). Some radio's use channel 1 for throttle, whichever the case...

Motor won't stop

You obviously have the motor wired directly to the battery and not through the ESC. Check your entire wiring setup and if all else fails read the instructions that came with the ESC.

Timing motors

Graupner Speed 400's are neutral timed so they can run in either direction efficiently. You problably wouldn't notice any difference if you tried to tweek the timing.

Try to shorten up on the leads from the ESC to the motor(s) and get ESC closer to them and move the receiver away from the ESC as far as you can. Some ESC's are worse than others about emitting RF...

Contra rotating props

An alternative could be to switch to a belt drive. It turns the same rotation as the motor vs a gear drive that turns opposite rotation. You still need to get a different prop.

Any suggestions ON building 125mph +

Well, for one, you don't need an ESC. If you want to go fast it's either full throttle or off. Just like the hotliners.

Full scale pilot gone berzerk

It would probably be a good idea for any club that has a hard surface runway to paint "X's" in each end. It would be a little difficult to maintain "X's" on the ends of a grass strip.
