How to disable the RF on a Futaba TX 6XAS

I wish to use an old perfectly operating 6XAS TX as a controller to use with the Great Planes Realflight 7 simulator program. I want to disable the RF output so I can use it as the flight controller....

One of the antenna leads was completely severed about 1/2 inch from the case. The receiver is new, I accidently cut the antenna while cutting a quick tie during installation.

Can I repair? If so...

Bill,

Any help would be appreciated.

-Engine is mounted in a SkyBolt Bi-plane, on it's right side with remote needle valve pointing straight up
-15x6 APC prop...
