Sorry, didn't mean to sound "cold".
My problems is I don't have much of either and a poor sense of humor to boot.

rcxpress? anyone heard of them

I'm sure it's a legitimate business. One of the reasons online stores can be cheaper is because they don't carry any inventory. When they receive and order, they place an order with a warehouse. ...

PC Power supply question

Probably a smaller value of Resistence than you need, but should work. It will draw .5A. (V/R=I). About 2.5W. (W=IxIxR).

PC Power supply question

Your resistors should be going from +5V to Ground to provide a load. On your power supply, I think the orange wire is -5V. You don't want to connect 2 different output voltages together.

PC Power supply question

What you have then is an older AT power supply and there is no remote power on pin. When you turn on the switch, it is on. You will have to put some sort of load on the +5V. If you have an old...

PC Power supply question

If it is an ATX supply, there will be a 20 pin connector which normally plugs into a PC motherboard. Pin 14 is the power on pin which must be grounded. Most are green, but I've also seen them...

Freeware program to print dxf file?

I'm sure Kinko's can. You should be able to insert it a Microsoft Word document if you have that or most any other word processing programs.

Freeware program to print dxf file?

What will you be printing to? meaning are you going to be printing them on something that supports large paper, such as a large plotter, or just on a home printer?
