Reduce voltage 7v to 4.8 to use Lipos, anyone have?

OK, checked it out today,
with an 14/6 prop it had an RPM of 8,700
with an 13/6 prop it had an RPM of 10,700
I didn't have a 12/6 ... but I bet it would have gotten close to the 12,000

...
