The leak is probably coming from the tune pipe O-Rings. You need to locate better orings and possibly a pipe clamp which looks like this... it will keep the pipe from sliding back and forth on the...

Stock orings tend to leak. You'll need to upgrade those. Which waterjacket are you talking about?

Newer models dont have a choke. Use your finger over the carb intake while pulling the pullcord to get the gas to come up. When the motor "farts" you can remove your finger, keep on pulling till it...

Follow what the manual says but keep it at 25:1 instead of going 32:1. More oil keeps things sealed better.

Did you measure from the inside(carb side) or the outside(front of motor)

Installing a .32 in another hull I bought. Question, what length do I need to cut the header/pipe? Is there a set length? Do I drill a hole for gas tank pressure hose at the fattest point on the tune...

Took the boat to Pipers Pit today. HOLY CRAP! Only did 50-60% throttle, needs 4ish hours of break in. Enjoy

So the only issue with ethanol is that it degrades the carbs gaskets and diaphram?

Got my KOS last night but have a question about the fuel. In the manual it says not to use fuel that contains ethanol. All the fuel around here contains 10% ethanol. Would it be ok to use?

Its a standard hull and I havent done the JD sponson mod, yet. I'll do the sponson/turnfin mod if I can get it to run faster.
So the whole point of cutting the rudder is to make it turn better or...

I'll see if I can get a Y535. Using 35% because its all I had and cant find anything higher locally, lots of heli fuel in Ottawa but no boat fuel.
