One more question not that I have had a chance to play with this.

When you have one engine on ch 3 and the other on ch 6 say. I can set up the end points for each channel without any issues.

As long as the caps are 0.01uF and greater than 12VDC (which is the maximum service voltage), your good to go.

The 12V is the maximum rating that the capacitor can work with. So, as long as it is higher than 12V, that is fine. Now, if you put a 6V cap on it, you get to see what happens when capacitors...
