Update. It turns out there is a track out in Warren Minnesota that is now up and going. There should be a race on August 29th. Registration and racing start times have yet to be determined.

Dynamite has/had a big block conversion kit. The part number for the kit without the engine is/was: DYN7402. Note, that part number is for the 2.5 Maxx. Now, I haven't owned a Tmaxx in years, so...

you have to tune them ALL the time. engines require constant upkeep. and the vehicles are ALWAYS getting dirty. i'd stick to electric.

On top of it all, there are so many engine manufacturers...

First upgrade I do is ditch all the standard electronics and engine. servos, receiver, radio... throw away all the doubt. I've had too many "RTR" vehicles wrecked by stockers.

fires happen, it doesn't always have to do with how the vehicle was maintained. Things happen, like blown out/ruptured oil lines, fuel line/rail ruptures, and catastrophic engine failures.

if it is bevel gear diff, we know it's truly meant for bashers. if it has ball diffs, we know it was meant for the track... that being the case I'd happily try racing one.

there is a lot of time wasted in the videos, such as after a jump... we have to watch how many "paces" the vehicle went... especially if the vehicle crashed, then we gotta watch it twice and in slow...
