I've read many say that the throws are too high...

I've read many say that the throws are too high (at least for aileron) has anyone settled on a comfortable throw setting for Aileron, Elevator and Flap?

It handles the weight of my install just fine but from what Bob_b has said and flying mine I think a 45 would be very good. A friend has one and I believe he has decided on the 45 as well.
