The Velocity N2 is done except for mounting the muffler...and...the used Skookum SK720, which turned out to be DOA.

I went through the whole setup process, only to find that it would not...

Nah. Brand new engine. It was the hub. But also the mounts. It runs well now. He ordered a new hub, but won't replace this one until he breaks the heli. And as you know that would never happen....
