Wing tip repair, and recovering - Help please!

Deadstick, couldn't slip enough, tried to set it down easy, but it gets out of sight quick past the end of the runway. Smacked the tail and sheared the tailwheel off and smacked the right wingtip.

Yikes. That doesnt look right. I know it has a square plate. I took that model off of the 3W site, I better go check closer.

Ok, 1/4 needle didn't have any effect.

It's a Tillotson HR 14 A MP4 carb and 3W says stock settings are 3/4-H and 2-L. I reset to that, and there was no change. I enrichened up to 3 on the low...

The fuji is only slightly heavier than a turbine, and it spins at 11K - its the highest reving gasser - that why I picked it. I guess I just need to finish it and get her in the air and she how it...

Actually I had great luck with the JJ - I guess I was one of the lucky ones.

Got the gasser to run on the falcon till I can get another turbine, and then slap the fuji on a small YAK or...

Do you think the weight is the issue or the thrust? The weight is just over a pound more and the thrust (based on the prop I will be using) is the same as a JetJoe I had on a previous Falcon.

Have a Fuji 43EI gasser that I need to mount to a Falcon 120. Building this as a prop-pusher and will eventually swap the gasser for a turbine.

My issue is how to mount the Fuji to the Falcon?...

Thanks, the endpoints are pretty good and have lots of room for movement. I have it set pretty low as I want to keep it in a hover mode (-2 to +8). It's almost like the resolutions are different...
