The windscreen and other panels are made from 2mm thick Polycarbonate, similar to lexan.
Bus shelter windows...This stuff is teenage children proof. It's even UV resistant for the driver...lol

O.K...Now I'm understanding (I think). You want to know the materials I use???

The white rods is: Nylon6
The black rods is :Acetal/Delrin or NYLON6
The size of rods is: 12mm diameter (solid)...

to absorb shock from an upside down...

Here I will post my Baja Sandrail build step by step....I hope it's O.K.

Step 1. I have removed the lexan body shell and dismounted the stock rollcage off the vehicle.

I think the key word is RESISTANT.

I'm not sure if, ANY material is ROAD RASH PROOF at the speeds the savage can travel...
