RE: Professional Filming/Photography offroad

RE: Professional Filming/Photography offroad

I think you are asking what rc we would recommend to take photos of?

In my opinion, the bigger the model the easier to photo.  Larger models are typically more realistic looking than smaller...

RE: km stalls

I actually really liked the km carbs I've used.  I'd imagine they can be hit or miss.  You might get a good one or might get a turd.  Pretty much every one that I've taken completely apart and did...

RE: km stalls

Check the gas cap.  If it runs for a minute then stalls because it's running out of fuel can be because the vent in the gas cap is clogged.  Next time it stalls immediately pull the cap off.  If you...

RE: King Motor Buggy Trouble

I haven't did that exact two speed, but have others.  Is it the gear with the one way bearing in it?  If so, it gets a bite on the lay shaft and hangs on.  You can break it loose by turning it the...

RE: HPI High Response 8,000RPM Clutch

If you don't have a gear puller, you can pop off the clutch holder by screwing a bolt through the clutch holes that's long enough to go all the way through and against the case.  Screw it fairly...

RE: New Baja steering setup

Sorry, I didn't have any more made then.  I was only going to have more made right away if it seemed like folks may want them because I like mine.  The ones I have are installed and semi rough...

My skills don't allow for much either.  That's where a talented ole lady comes in!

Joester, are yours painted on the inside?  Just curious.  I bash mine too hard to worry with painting another one...

RE: Won't start, tried everything

Awesome!  For these engines to be so simple they can be the source of serious frustration.  It doesn't take much to make em unhappy.

RE: Won't start, tried everything

She may still have too much raw fuel in the bottom end from running bogged.  Close both needles all the way.  Remove the plug.  Tilt the car up to make sure it don't run back into the cylinder if...

RE: New to Large Scale Cars - Advice Needed

I also have to agree that 1/5 is just too big for someone that age.  Pictures and videos do not do their size justice.  After experiencing my first (and last) runaway a year or two ago I gained a new...

RE: New Baja steering setup
