14sg servo reverse

I cannot figure out how to reverse the servo travel. I need to reverse the throttle. I even have the Malcolm Holt book on kindle and it doesn’t tell how it’s done.
this is the hardest radio to setup...

I thought I saw earlier this year a futaba transmitter, 10 channels, that accepted all reciever protocols. Am I wrong? I can’t find one anymore.
