the thing I would be worried about, is that alot of the reject may be crooked, or warped, not exactly ideal for wings, if it is just printing errors though then it should be great, and cheap

I live out in the canadian wilderness
30 minute drive to the flying field twice a week
Home depot is a 1 1/2 hour drive on a good day, into Ottawa.
There are a couple metal places around that...

That is one massive plane. Looking forward to a flight report though. One suggestion is not to use standard servos. As if they fail you could get into trouble.

Switch location

I've done that one before :-( twice actuall
I now use those dubro switch mounts. u mount the switch on the inside and pull it in or out to turn it on. haven't turned on off since
