I use 40wt in the rear and 35wt in the front. Some use 30/35.

Think the stock is in the 10-20 range.

which is better? HPI MT, or Ass. GT?

I'd have to agree w/ grampi on this one... I know the HPI MT is pretty low to the ground (not so much of a MT as a 4x4 ST, really), but my savage handles very well for a MT and it can't come close to...

They are a little too 'bling...

Most Popular Rims & Tires

I really like the Imex Baja Maxx tires and RPM Stablemaxx wheels. I use that combo for a lot of bashing and dirt driving... the Imex tires are a little harder compound than the stockers but I have...

vwtrey = rc car action

I haven't read the letter but I find it hilarious that trey's so surprised by this. So it's about rtr vs. kits? I'm going to wager there was additional cheyenne influence (rantings) at play here ;)

Savage Air Flow

If you're using a pickup body you probably don't need to (some variance depending on ambient temp and how many fins stick up above the body in the back.

Savage Acceleration

How many tanks do you have thru it? You probably won't notice much shifting until about the 8th or 9th tank... if you're past that point then keep turning in about 1/4 turn increments, if you're not...

Where did the Assoc MGT Go?

Well I can't assume they're stalling design/manufacture to wait and see how their competitor products hold up... if that's built into their design schedule, they are fatally flawed.

On the other...

Hot bodies Wheels

Put one tank on them so far. Have road rage tires on them and it's all been out in the street, giving the truck as much torque and curb jumping, high speed passes, etc. as I can muster.

Took off...
