The prop slipped because EVO gas engines have a center nut assembly for the props. Nothing to hold it from slipping like a multiple bolts do.

I am going to check all gas lines for leaks tomorrow...

As stated earlier, the DLE has tapped through holes, therefore, that was not the problem in this situation.
